District Seeking Web Consultant

Skagit PUD is seeking a firm or individual consultant to provide maintenance and future development of our current company website and other special design projects. The consultant will be engaged on a project basis for a period of one year.

 The website is currently running on the Embraco content management platform.

OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a thought partner in how to best present our work online, including content management, presentation, and search engine optimization.

  • Work with graphic design staff to maintain branding continuity, help create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content as required.

  • Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website, database, and interface for performance issues.

  • Implement changes and plan for future updates to the website.

  • Successfully integrate or migrate new content.

  • Perform maintenance support of Embraco, ensuring all security patches are installed.
