Drive-Up Drop Box No Longer Payment Option

Due to security risks, Skagit PUD can no longer offer a drive-up payment drop box option. However, our drive-up window will remain open during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m

Skagit PUD offers several convenient ways to pay your bill:

  • Make a payment online using the Customer Account PortalYou can make a one-time payment or register and have 24/7 access to your account information. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or eCheck.

  • Make your payment by using our Interactive Voice Response phone system. It’s fast and convenient. You can pay your bills anytime and anywhere. All you need is a phone. Call us at (360) 424-7104 and follow the voice prompts.

  • Mail your payment in the self-addressed envelope sent with your bill.

  • Make your payment in person at the District office. 

  • Make your payment using a debit or credit card. Simply call our customer service line at (360) 424-7104 and our representative will process your payment over the phone.

  • Visit one of the Skagit State Bank pay stations.
