Transmission Line Replacement

Project includes construction of a new transmission pipeline from Judy Reservoir to Mount Vernon and upgrade of existing transmission pipeline between Sedro-Woolley and Burlington. Will renew aging pipelines and provide capacity for projected future growth. Funded by State Public Works Fund and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund.
