Skagit River Pump Facility

Project includes construction of a raw water intake/pump station on the Skagit River and new transmission pipeline from the Skagit River to Judy Reservoir. Will provide a replacement water source for PUD's Judy Reservoir Water System for those periods when water cannot be diverted from the Cultus Mountain streams due to low streamflows. Funded by State Public Works Trust Fund.
