Skagit PUD requests a Statement of Qualifications from qualified professional real estate professionals to assist the PUD in the sale of surplus property and acquisition of new property. Required assistance will include marketing of surplus property, listing surplus property, and land market value analysis among other things. The District intends for this contract to be a multi-year contract of three years.

Submittals with all required information must be submitted to Doug McConnell, Contracts Administrator, either by hand delivery to 1415 Freeway Drive, Mount Vernon, WA or by mail to PO Box 1436, Mount Vernon, WA 98273-1436 by Friday, January 26, 2018 at 3:00 pm Pacific Time.

Submissions received by the District after the closing date and time will not be opened.
