Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Skagit County, Washington, will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon. The meeting will be held in person by invitation only at the Aqua Room Conference Room, 1415 Freeway Drive, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. People not invited to the in-person meeting can watch the meeting live via Zoom on Skagit PUD’s website. The meeting will also be recorded for later viewing.
