Overview

Skagit PUD maintains three bulk water fill stations that provide 24-hour access to large-volume water purchases. These stations serve commercial businesses, agricultural operations, and the general public, accommodating vessels ranging from small tanks to commercial tanker trucks. Each station features a secure, user-friendly terminal system.

Account Setup

To access bulk water services:

1. Submit a completed Bulk Water Fill Station Use Permit
2. Pay a one-time service charge of $30
3. Establish a pre-paid account balance

Account replenishment options:

• Credit card payment via Customer Service
• Check or cash payment at the Skagit PUD office

Current rate (2025): $4.81/CCF (1 CCF = 748 gallons) or $0.006430 per gallon

Equipment Requirements

Users must provide their own two-inch hose equipped with a female Camlock fitting. These components are available through local retail suppliers.

Important Notice

Skagit PUD does not guarantee water from fill stations as suitable for domestic or potable use once it passes through the meter.
