1. Within 30 days of first publication of Treasurer’s Notice of Collection, those assessed can pay the entire assessment or any portion of assessment without interest.

2. Annual payments on balance due, estimated term 20 years. First payment due approximately December 14, 2017. Those being assessed will be officially notified upon adoption of the assessment roll. The estimated rate of interest is 3.5% on principal.

Late penalty if not paid within 30 days of due date: 12% interest on the installment plus estimated 3.5% delinquent interest on late installment.
