Aqua Room Public Meeting Space

Skagit PUD offers the Aqua Room as a free community meeting space for non-profit organizations, community groups serving our customers, and other government agencies. The room comfortably seats 88 people.

Availability

The Aqua Room is available Friday through Monday. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance, with a limit of three meetings per 90-day period. Tuesday through Thursday availability may be possible — call to inquire.

Room Features & Requirements

Audio/Visual Equipment

  • Large TV monitors with HDMI connections for presentations
  • Control console with audio support
  • No projector screen or technical support available
  • We recommend scheduling a walkthrough before your meeting to familiarize yourself with the system

Refreshments & Catering

  • Food and beverage service tables must be set up in the foyer (not the meeting room)
  • Guests may bring food and drinks into the meeting room
  • No sink access (except restrooms) or refrigerator available
  • Water bottle filling station near restrooms
  • Bring coolers, water supplies, and disposable serving ware as needed
  • Extension cords recommended for coffee urns or beverage service
  • Full meals require a licensed caterer and $250 refundable security deposit

Facility Details

  • Limited parking in front lot; overflow parking available in the lot at the east end of the grass field
  • Security alarm code provided at key card pickup
  • Renters must remove all trash when finished
  • Check-in/check-out checklist required

Not Available For

Parties, receptions, banquets, family reunions, fundraising events, profit-making activities, or religious services.
