Skagit PUD maintains a Small Works Roster of qualified contractors for projects valued under $350,000. We welcome applications from contractors throughout the year for our 2026 roster.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be registered and licensed as a general or specialty contractor in Washington State (per RCW 39.04.350)
• Must complete the Small Works Roster Qualifications Application
• Must maintain active status and good standing with the state

2. Complete all required information
3. To be considered for projects, submit your completed application to price@SkagitPUD.org.

Applications remain valid through December 31, 2026. Contractors may submit applications at any time during the year.
