Helping With Hardship During COVID-19 Pandemic

Skagit PUD understands that water is critical in the fight against the spread of the coronavirus. To make sure everyone is able to practice good hygiene, Skagit PUD is suspending water shut-offs for failure to pay until further notice.

Customers who are concerned about being able to pay their bill should immediately contact Customer Service at (360) 424-7104. We are open Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Our Customer Service team is experienced in working with customers to evaluate options, like payment plans, waiving late fees, delaying water turn-offs or connecting the customer with other resources.

Disconnected Service Information

Making an online payment once your water service has been disconnected does not automatically schedule the reconnection of your water service.

All past-due bills, late fees and deposits must be paid before services will be reconnected. All late fees and charges associated with collections must be paid for services to be continued whether or not services were actually disconnected.

If your water service has been disconnected and you make a payment online to re-establish service, please call our customer service line at (360) 424-7104 during regular hours of operation (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m - 5 p.m., excluding holidays) and speak with a customer service representative to schedule your water service reconnection.
