Residential and multi-family water meters are read and billed bi-monthly. Most commercial water meters are read and billed monthly.

We offer several convenient ways to pay your bill:

  • Make a payment online using the Customer Account Portal. You can make a one-time payment or register and have 24/7 access to your account information. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or eCheck.
  • Make your payment by using our Interactive Voice Response phone system. It’s fast and convenient. You can pay your bills anytime and anywhere. All you need is a phone. Call us at (360) 424-7104 and follow the voice prompts.
  • Mail your payment in the self-addressed envelope sent with your bill.
  • Make your payment in person at the District office. 
  • Make your payment using a debit or credit card. Simply call our customer service line at (360) 424-7104 and our representative will process your payment over the phone.
  • Visit one of the Banner Bank pay stations.
