Conway I-5 Pipeline Crossing Project Bid Results

The Conway I-5 Pipeline Crossing Project was advertised for bid on February 1, 2019, and February 8, 2019. Four bid proposals were received on the closing date of February 20, 2019. The bids were opened at 10:10 a.m. in the Skagit PUD's Aqua Room.

Taylor's Excavators, Inc. was the apparent low bidder after the bid opening. Upon review of the bid proposals, all bids were more than 15 percent above the Engineer's Estimate and outside the statutory amount eligible for award under RCW 54.04.080.
