Invitation to Bid on Judy Reservoir to Mount Vernon Transmission Pipeline Project

Notice is hereby given that Public Utility District No. 1 of Skagit County (District) will receive sealed bids for the Judy Reservoir to Mount Vernon Transmission Pipeline - Phase II. Each bid shall be placed in a sealed envelope and shall be mailed or delivered to the District office, 1415 Freeway Drive, Mount Vernon, Washington 98273, to arrive no later than 10 a.m., January 26, 2021. 

In-person meetings are suspended; therefore, the bid opening will be held virtually through ZOOM Cloud Meetings no sooner than 10:01 a.m. on January 26, 2021.

Judy Reservoir to Mount Vernon Transmission Pipeline - Phase II

Installation of water transmission and distribution piping and services within the right-of-way and private property within the city of Mount Vernon and unincorporated Skagit County. The water transmission pipeline is 36 inches in diameter and is approximately 5.3 miles long.

The engineer’s estimate range for Project # 3549 is $26 - $33 million.

The location of the proposed work is shown on the project plans.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. In-person meetings are suspended; therefore, the meeting will be held virtually through ZOOM Cloud Meetings.
