Online Bill Pay Update

For the last several months, Skagit PUD has experienced technical issues with its Auto Pay recurring bill payment feature. Paymentus, our credit card processor, has been working to correct the matter.

Resolution took much longer than anticipated and has been a point of frustration for our online users and the PUD. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

On Thursday, July 28, Paymentus relaunched the online bill payment portal with some additional measures to improve security. This created a clean slate of information moving forward. As a result, payment history and payment methods were not transferred over in the conversion to the new site.

Registered customers will need to re-establish their preferred payment method in My Wallet.
