Public Utility District No.1 of Skagit County (“District”) hereby solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the District’s Architectural and Engineering Services Roster from consulting firms possessing the required experience and resources needed for any/all of the following Disciplines:

1. Engineering Design for Water Pipeline Systems, including hydraulic modeling, permit acquisition, and corrosion control.
2. Engineering Design for Drinking Water Treatment and Water Distribution Equipment, plants, pump stations, reservoirs, telemetry, SCADA, etc.
3. Land Surveying services.
4. Geotechnical Investigation, Analysis, and Evaluation.
5. Geotechnical Laboratory and Field Services.
6. Engineering Services during Construction and Inspection.

Firms desiring consideration shall submit one (1) PDF file of Statement of Qualifications by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 2021.
